"Video Vampire" is the first single off of Bottom Lashes' upcoming album, "Incisor Lies," coming at the end of October. The song was inspired by Nelson Sullivan, whose nickname was "Video Vampire," and his documentary videos of the 1980s. The videos of his friends, New York City, and the night life of that time heavily inspired this track and the rest of the album. The overall theme would be the concept of living forever and how we can theoretically do that with the videos and pictures we post online. (Almost as if we are modern day vampires...)
